Meet The Team
Hunter is a co-founder of Grid Line and brings over a decade of experience across institutional real estate, brokerage, and hands-on multifamily investment. A licensed CPA, he anchors the firm's financial underwriting and deal structuring.
Hunter began his career in commercial real estate at Global Logistic Properties (GLP) and IndCor Properties, a Blackstone portfolio company. He went on to become a licensed broker with @properties while simultaneously building his own multifamily portfolio as an owner and operator over the past ten years.
Hunter holds a Master's in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA in Economics and Management from Albion College. He lives in Park Ridge, IL with his wife, Mia, and their three children, Margot, Henry, and Teddy.

Madeleine de Lannoy
Madeleine leads operations for Grid Line, overseeing the systems and processes that support the firm's growing Chicago multifamily portfolio. She brings nearly a decade of experience building the technology and operational infrastructure behind real estate portfolios across Chicago and beyond.
Madeleine previously held operations leadership roles at FirstService Residential, Westward 360, The Apartment Source, Kass Management, and Pinnacle Property Management. At Westward 360, she rebuilt the firm's vendor-dispatch structure and used data analysis to redesign janitorial staffing and contracts, driving a meaningful increase in profitability. At The Apartment Source, she managed the operational and financial functions for a scattered-site, mixed-use portfolio while leading a management platform migration.
Madeleine holds a degree in Business Administration from Montana State University and lives in Chicago.
Brandon is a co-founder of Grid Line, leading acquisitions and operations across the firm's Chicago multifamily portfolio. He brings direct experience with property management, construction, and brokerage.
At Mo2 Properties, Brandon served as the firm's lead property manager overseeing 700+ units, managed multiple projects as part of the in-house construction team and ultimately transitioned into brokerage — focusing on growing the Mo2 portfolio through new acquisitions.
Brandon holds a degree in Communications from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he was a member of the Division I hockey team and later played professionally in the East Coast Hockey League. Originally from Huntington Beach, California, he has called Chicago home since 2017 and lives in Elmhurst, IL with his wife, Deirdre, and their son, Declan.
